MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday, 19th September, 2026.

God in his own wisdom specializes in picking the unqualified. He takes them through divine process and makes out of them new species, a new species that will find his ability and capability in what God can do through him and not in himself. God uses this approach to raise men and women who will find their sufficiency and proficiency in Him and not in their certificates or (human) qualifications. He always wants people who will put their absolute trust and dependence in Him and not in any other thing. He does not want any one of us to glory in the flesh but in what He alone can achieve through our lives.

Paul became an Apostle of Jesus Christ because he obtained grace. He was a persecutor of the Church and he had murdered as a result of his hatred for God. Ultimately, God still appointed him to be a preacher of gospel to the gentiles. In the world system, organization and institution always look for men and women who are ready-made and qualified to handle their major assignments. And in many situations, these men and women turn out to be cocky to the point that they are not touched by the feelings of those whom they are leading. By extension, they become a law to themselves and may not in any way help those who are weak and needy in the society.

The Bible records that the stone the builder has rejected has become the chief cornerstone. God uses rejected stones by the builder. He uses people who are disqualified by experts and professionals to do his work on the surface of the earth. It has always been a usual style by God to use the mundane elements of this world to accomplish supernatural feat. God has a very unique way of selecting men and women who are not up to the standard from the world point of view. His infinite wisdom endows them with all the abilities necessary to cause them to become a solution provider to many.

Beloved, I want to plead with you not to give up on yourself and think nothing great can come out of your life. All you need is to make your life available to Jesus Christ and like a potter; He will make a masterpiece out of your life. All you need is absolute submission to the will of God for your life and He will turn your testimony around for good.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

1. O Lord, let Your grace locate me and turn me to a wonder among men and women, in the name of Jesus.

2. O Lord, deliver me from looking up to myself and my abilities to confront issues of life, in the name of Jesus.

3. O Lord, draw me near to Calvary where the power of the cross transforms my humanity to divinity, my iniquity to purity, my mortality to immortality, in the name of Jesus.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

4. O Lord, grant me insight and revelation into what Your grace has in store for me, in the name of Jesus.

5. O Lord, give the understanding to prioritize Your grace above every other thing, in the name of Jesus.

6. Father, let Your grace be the anchor for my soul, in the name of Jesus.

7. Father, I thank You for the wonders of Your grace in my life, family and ministry, in the name of Jesus.
