MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday, 11th July, 2026.

Yesterday, we started our study on the channels of healing. We discussed prayer. Today, we will be discussing faith. Praying in faith accelerates our answer because we have no doubts.

Faith as a channel of healing is important. You can receive your healing through faith in the Lord and His word. Having faith is telling God that you actually believe that He can heal you. This may not always be easy; you may be tempted to believe what you can see and feel. You can feel the pain or the symptoms of the sickness, you can see the sight of the injury yet unhealed. Yet, God wants you to look beyond the physical to see the unseen. Faith in God places you in a realm that is beyond the physical. Faith moves God to action.

When the centurion came to Jesus, he demonstrated faith that made Jesus act (Matthew 8:5-10). The woman with the issue of blood also demonstrated faith in Jesus' ability to heal. Her faith drew the healing virtue without Jesus' permission (Matthew 9:20-22). When blind Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out loudly to call His attention. After He made his request for healing (prayer), Jesus made an interesting statement. He said, "Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole" (Mark 10:52). In other words, his faith healed him. This means that he could have remained blind if he hadn't actually believed that Jesus could heal him.

Herein lies the problem with many believers today. They pray to God for healing but they don't really believe that He can heal them. Just as it is impossible to see God without faith, it is also impossible to access the best of God's blessings without faith.

Beloved, anyone who must receive anything from God must believe that God can actually give that thing. If you must be healed by God, you must have faith that He can heal you. May the Lord strengthen your faith, in Jesus' name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Friday, 10th July, 2026.

Healing is one of the gifts God has made available for the believer through the finished works of Christ. One of the ways of accessing this divine healing is through prayer. Prayer is a way of communicating our needs to God. When the children of God are in need of healing, they can always pray about it.

In our Fire Scripture, we have a classic example of healing through prayer. Hezekiah was sick and close to death. As a matter of fact, the prophet Isaiah had already brought him a message from the Lord that he would die. However, Hezekiah turned to the Lord in prayer. The Lord heard him, healed him and extended his life by fifteen years. The God of the Old Testament is still the God of the New Testament. He is still God today. Hebrews 13:8 says, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today and forever." He still hears when you call.

When you pray in the name of Jesus, mountains move, sicknesses disappear, things fall in place. Jesus says in Matthew 21:22, "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." This includes asking for healing. The beautiful thing is that this healing is not limited to physical healing; it also entails mental, emotional, financial healing, healing in every area. Jesus heals in every area when His children call on Him. Every sickness bows to the name of Jesus. No matter what name it is called, it has to bow to the name of Jesus which is above every name.

Beloved, learn to pray in the name of Jesus for your healing from every form of sickness or disease. Instead of giving in to fear, pray. Don't magnify your symptoms as though they were more powerful than the name of Jesus. As much as you believe in medical practices, also pray to the God who is greater than medicine. Prayer works; the name of Jesus works healing miracles. May your all-round healing manifest, in Jesus' name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Thursday, 9th July, 2026.

The New Testament Greek word for Administration is "diakonia" which means service, ministering, etc. It entails putting the right people in the position of effective running of the church or any other human endeavours. Proper administration engenders orderliness, decency, discipline, responsibility, harmony, effectiveness, and productivity. The truth is that right and proper administration in any setting enhances great productivity either in the secular or in spiritual matters.

Apparently, there was proper administration right at the beginning when God placed man in the garden. Man, created in the image of God, was placed at the helm of affairs, exercising dominion and control over every other creature until he fell into sin. A careful look at the operations of the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ in the Gospels implicitly reveals the dynamics of effective administration. For instance, the Master appointed a Group Treasurer in charge of their finances, and assignments were distributed hitch-free.

According to Acts of the Apostles chapter six, in the first century church, the enemy planned to sow the seed of discord among the disciples by introducing the spirit of disaffection, rancour, bickering, and disagreement because the Hellenist group of the church felt marginalised. They complained that the Jewish group was not including their own widows in the daily distribution of provisions. To settle the controversy and restore harmony, the apostles engaged the tool of administration.

It is clear now that administration is crucial in every human endeavour - business, family setting, career and religious setting, as it nullifies every form of disoderliness, acrimony, unhealthy rivalry, irresponsible disposition, sloppiness, disharmony, etc. However, not everyone can be put in charge of administration, especially in the church, as it is a part of the service gifts of the Holy Spirit. This is what Apostle Paul refers to as "government" in 1 Corinthians 12:28 "And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets... after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments..." So, if the Lord has called you into any administrative assignment, ask Him for the grace to excel.

In this study on the psychology of faith, it is palpable that the underlying thread of truth is that the condition of your mind in relation to your belief system will determine the degree of your harvest of joy. If you firmly believe in your mind that God is good and that He has the power to deliver to you that testimony, then you will have it. All the heroes of faith who experienced glorious interventions and awesome answers to prayers believed the possibility of those wonders first in their minds.

Abraham, the father of faith, was fully convinced in his mind that God could bring to reality what He had promised. And it was so for him. He got his testimony of joy.

Hebrews 11:11 says, "Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised." Sarah also settled it in her mind that God would do for her what He promised. Thankfully, she got her Isaac. What miracle or testimony are you trusting God for? See the possibility first in your mind, and then the physical manifestation will follow. You can only act in faith when it is settled in your mind that GOD CAN! That is the psychology of faith.

However, faith can not thrive in any mind cluttered with unbelief. Unfortunately, there are lots of things cluttering the minds of many believers which are not allowing the seed of faith to germinate and flourish. That is the reason why you need to cultivate the highly esteemed discipline of daily devouring the word of God and renewal of your mind with the word of God. The Scripture says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). The word of God cleanses and flushes out of your mind every pattern of unbelief and stronghold that is not allowing you to tap into God's storehouse of goodness, mercy, favour, joy, and laughter.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Tuesday, 7th July, 2026.

We started considering this discourse yesterday. The undeniable fact I am trying to emphasise to you is that for you to tap into all the fullness of God and into all His divine promises, your mind must have been permeated by faith that is anchored to His unfailingly word. It must be settled in your mind that God is not a liar, that He has the power to bring into reality whatever He has promised you.

All the heroes of faith whom we have read about in our Fire Scripture in Hebrews chapter eleven demonstrated uncommon, highly challenging and awe-inspiring dimension of faith that will keep questioning the faith of contemporary believers. But the common index of their faith is that they all possessed the sound texture of mind needed for a conquering faith. They believed strongly first in their mind that God could do what He had promised them. Do you have the same mind? Have you settled it in your mind that the Almighty God, the Creator of the whole universe and everything therein, He who is the All-powerful can give you that breakthrough, that prosperity, that healing, the babies, the testimony of joy and laughter you have been trusting Him for? Do you really believe in your mind? If you believe in your mind, then why are you fretting? Why are you crying? Why are you murmuring? Why grumbling and complaining? Why are you getting wearied and tired? Why are you out of fellowship with the Omnipotent God? Why have you stopped serving God? Why have you lost your fervency and commitment to the Kingdom service if you truly believe in your mind that God can do what He has promised?

Romans 4:20-21 declares this of Abraham, who is the father of faith, "He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform." We can easily conclude that Abraham had an exceptional, excellent psychology of faith. He believed first in his mind that God could bring to pass for him that which looked seemingly impossible. Are you getting the kernel of the message now?

MFM Daily Devotional Message Monday, 6th July, 2026.

Psychology can be described as the study of human behaviour and the mental processes that allow us to learn, function, and respond to situations. In today's devotional, we shall be looking at the inner dynamics that help you learn the principle of faith and how to engage and respond to different situations by faith. Biblical faith is a powerful virtue needed to successfully navigate our daily interaction with the Almighty God.

However, faith does not just spring forth in the air. It takes root in the spirit and mind of the believer. It starts first from the believer's perception, persuasion, and conviction about God and the dynamics of His words and His promises, which now inform right judgements and actions acceptable to God. No one can walk in faith, which is pleasing to God, without saturating his mind with the word of God and aligning his life with the spirit of the word of God.

Your absolute judgement about the reality of God, His immutable words, and unchanging promises are the instruments that stimulate faith in you, making you accept the word of God, lay hold on the promises until they come to pass, thereby experiencing the reality of what he has been trusting God for.

The psychology of faith is that you have to settle it first and foremost in your mind that God is God and that His promises are true and forever settled in Heaven. If you are not convinced in your mind about the certainty and veracity of those things about God, His word, and promises, which you have learnt or heard, then no faith can spring forth within you. You need a very strong and unshakable conviction about God's promises for your life before you can move to the realm of faith, which consequently delivers the miracles and testimonies you are trusting God for. You need to understand that faith is that sure vehicle that transports believers to spiritual realities.

God limits Himself to our intercessions. When Abraham stopped praying, God stopped listening!

MFM Daily Devotional Message Sunday, 5th July, 2026.

Yesterday, we discussed the Moravian Brothers who had a century long prayer watch and were running a prayer shifts 24 hours a day and this intercession birthed the 18th Century evangelical revival. The Moravian Brothers were part of the Moravian Church, a protestant denomination founded by count Zinzendorf in 1722, and the group was known for their prayer and intercession. They were committed to praying 24 hours round the face of the clock. Their focus was on intercession for the lost, revival, and the spread of the gospel.

Their other focus was also on unity and fellowship. They emphasised the importance of harmony and fellowship among believers, often gathering for prayer, worship and communion. 1727, the Moravian Brothers began a prayer meeting that lasted 100 years with at least one brother praying one hour every day. This continuous prayer meeting was a powerful expression of their commitment to intercession and it played a significant role in the evangelical revival of the 18th century.

Dearly beloved, if you look very critically at the Fire Scripture of today, Abraham stood between God and Sodom and Gomorrah, pleading and interceding for mercy so that the righteous would not be destroyed with the sinners. He started from 50 souls and stopped at 10 souls and unfortunately even ten souls could not be found in that land, and where Abraham stopped, God also stopped listening. God is looking for intercessors that will not stop interceding until God's purpose is fulfilled on the earth. God wants those that will be so committed to intercession that the trajectory of history and of the people will be changed for the glory of God to show forth and everything will go back to what it is supposed to be.

In Daniel 10:10-15, Prophet Daniel set his face to wait on the Lord by interceding for the Israelites, end the captivity they found themselves in? He was interceding for them, and for twenty one days, he was on his knees without food and expecting to hear from God. God released answers the very first day he started praying, but the Prince of the Kingdom of Persia withstood angel Gabriel. If Daniel had not continued in his intercession, he wouldn't have got an answer to his prayer request.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday, 4th July, 2026.

Today, we continue the topic "Wanted: Intercessors." In yesterday's Fire Scripture, we started on the story of Moses, who stood in the gap for the Israelites when God got fed up with their idolatry tendencies. Moses had gone to Mount Sinai to meet with God, but the Israelites started worshipping idols. God told Moses to go back to meet the people. Moses pleaded with God and He changed His mind. The nation of Israel would not have been in existence today if not for Moses' intercession.

Moses would have been the father of a new nation, but he refused and said he wanted God to reconsider. He didn't want such glory, even though he had been the one carrying and caring for them since they left Egypt. They also showed him their stubborn and disobedient ways yet he continued to lead them. So it would have been a great opportunity for him to be rid of them, but he did not do that. Anyone who has a mind of vindictiveness can never be an intercessor.

Dearly beloved, Moses had the mind of God. He had a heart after God's. I dare to tell you that no one can enter into the ministry of intercession without first and foremost entering into the presence of God and no one can enter into the presence of God without being a true worshipper. Therefore, we can conclude that Moses had a true heart, a sincere heart; he was totally committed without any reservation.

The ministry of intercession delights the heart of God because it enables God to roam freely in the life of man and on the earth to do what He specialises in: doing wonders and visiting the sons of man for a divine turnaround. An intercessor must have a heart with the love of God and sprinkled with the blood of Jesus. I also read about the lives of the Moravian brothers, who condemned themselves to intercession and mission. They went into a cage and were praying for 24 hours for revival, running a shift. Most of the revivals we have witnessed were given birth to by intercessors. Intercessors played a significant role in the 18th Century evangelical revival.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Friday, 3rd July, 2026.

Today's topic is crucial to our walk with God because God wants intercessors. He wants those that will stand in the gap to change the world for the better. Jesus is our classical example of all times. Intercessors are priests. Intercession is a ministry of sacrifice. As priests handle atonement and offer sacrifice on behalf of those that have sinned, so also is the work of intercessors. Intercessors are watchmen standing in the gap to ensure that things go well. They plead on behalf of the people with God and to God.

In the Fire Scriptures of today, the Israelites quickly turned from following God when Moses went to mount Sinai for forty days to receive the commandments. God called Moses' attention to their waywardness and asked him to go back to the people. Dearly beloved, God decided to destroy the people and wanted to make Moses a great nation instead, but Moses pleaded with God. He told God that the Egyptians would mock Him and say that it was because He could not bring them to the Promised Land that he destroyed them and that God should reconsider. Dear child of God, that singular act of Moses made God to change His mind and did not destroy them. Rather, He preserved them and decided to punish them in another way.

This is the type of intercessor that God is looking for. God wants those that will change the course of history, those that will move the hand of God in the nations of the world. There is so much evil in the world today: kidnapping, armed robbery, drug abuse, perversion, fathers impregnating daughters, sons impregnating their mothers and youth seeking for sudden wealth thereby using human beings for sacrifice and rituals. Dear child of God, God is looking for intercessors like Moses. Nobody would have heard of the nation of Israel today, if Moses had not interceded.

1. O Lord, take absolute control of my spirit, soul and body, in the name of Jesus.

2. Holy Spirit of God, take total control of my environment, in the name of Jesus.

3. O God, come into the community and save the perishing, in the name of Jesus.

4. Father, remove everything serving as a stumbling block in my way of serving You, in the name of Jesus.

5. O Lord, empower me to always stand in the gap for the perishing, in the name of Jesus.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Thursday, 2nd July, 2026.

Today, we continue our discourse on the faithfulness of God. We have already seen that the Lord keeps His promise to His children. Today, I want you to know that God is dedicated to you. God is the Father of every true believer in Jesus Christ and He carries His children.

Beloved, God is committed to you. He will never leave you nor forsake you as He has promised in His word. In our Fire Scripture, we read of the return of the children of Israel from exile by the decree of Cyrus, the king. God restored them to their land because He was committed to them. God is committed to His people; He feels their pains and will not let them suffer endlessly.

In Isaiah 49:15-16, there is a promise that applies to every true believer in Christ. There is a picture of you engraved on the palms of God's hands. Therefore, it is impossible for Him to forget you or cast you aside. No matter what you are going through, the Lord, who is faithful, will not forget you because He is committed to you.

When the Jews returned from captivity, the walls of Jerusalem were in ruins but the Lord assured them that He had not forgotten them. Eventually, they were able to rebuild the city walls (Nehemiah 6:15). You might be in a terrible place right now as a result of your sins or as a result of the battles of life, cry to the Lord for mercy today. God has not forsaken you. He is too faithful to fail. He will forgive you and restore you. Ensure that you maintain a right standing with God and you will see His faithfulness show up in every area of your life.

Remember this, beloved, God is true to His character. Human beings are fickle; they can change with the seasons but God remains steadfast. It is wise to commit your whole life into the hands of this faithful God. With Him, you are assured of the future. God bless you, in Jesus' name.
