Mark 5:25-34
[25] Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, 

[26] and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. 

[27] When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. 

[28] For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” 

[29] Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. 

[30] And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched My clothes?” 

[31] But His disciples said to Him, “You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” 

[32] And He looked around to see her who had done this thing. 

[33] But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. 

[34] And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”

MFM Daily Devotional Message Friday, 20th February, 2026.

Today, we continue our series on great faith. In our Fire Scripture, we read the story of the woman with the issue of blood. There are lessons to learn from this woman's demonstration of faith.

The Bible tells us that she had spent a lot of money on physicians but she only grew worse. This is the situation of many people today. They have tried every means possible to find solutions but they have failed because they are yet to come to God. If you are in this situation, your answer lies in your faith. Stop putting your faith in men and technology, start putting your faith in Christ.

This woman, unlike the Canaanite woman and the centurion, was most likely a Jew. This means she was part of God's covenant people, a daughter of Abraham. She had a right to receive her healing and she leveraged it.

One very fascinating thing is that this woman's faith was audacious. She was willing to take the risk to get what she wanted. She must have weighed her options. Considering that she had an issue of blood, she was ceremonially unclean and therefore unfit to be in the midst of people, else, she would pollute them. She could have stayed back in her house mourning her lot, but she refused. She took the risk of joining the crowd but with a different purpose. In the end, she received her healing and she was acknowledged by Jesus. Her faith made her whole!

Beloved, are you in a difficult situation? Perhaps it is time to build your faith to the level of audaciousness. You do not even have to hide behind the crowd like this woman; you can approach Jesus directly through prayer. Step out boldly in faith, believing what Jesus has accomplished for you and acting in line with this reality. May your faith give you your miracles, in Jesus' name.

[8] The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Thursday, 19th February, 2026.

Today, we read another interesting story of faith. The centurion came to ask Jesus to heal his servant. Luke's account states that the man sent his friends because he did not count himself worthy while Matthew's account says he came by himself.

Just like the Canaanite woman we saw yesterday, this centurion was also a stranger. In fact, he could be termed an oppressor because he was serving the Roman army that had occupied Israel at the time. The Romans were Gentiles; they were not part of the Jewish covenant. Despite all of these, he still reached for Jesus. He did not let the seeming disadvantages hinder him. Men may consider you unworthy for whatever reason, you yourself may even have a low self-esteem. But the truth is that God will hear you if you can just build up enough faith to call on Him. God hears the prayer of all His children, not just the pastors. This story proves that everyone who genuinely believes is welcome in God's kingdom.

This centurion understood authority as seen in his speech to Jesus. He himself had one hundred men under him and he didn't need to be present for his words to carry power. He applied the same principle when he sought Jesus for his servant's healing. He knew that Jesus had authority so He could simply speak the word and his servant would be healed. Herein lies a great lesson for us today. God does not have to come down from heaven before you believe Him. The word of God is all you need and you have access to that word through the Bible. Make it a regular practice to ask the Lord for a word concerning every situation of your life.

Beloved, you need to build up your faith to the point where you don't have to run from prophet to prophet, seeking a miracle. You need to come to the point where you can receive a word from God and hold on to that word because you know the power it carries. May the Lord increase your faith, in Jesus' name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Wednesday, 18th February, 2026.

Faith moves mountains; it makes the impossible possible. Faith means believing that God can do something and holding on to Him until He does it. Jesus already said that even the tiniest faith, faith as small as a mustard seed, can move God to act.

We consider the Canaanite woman today as one who demonstrated great faith. In our fire scripture, we see that Jesus entered the region of Tyre and Sidon, a Gentile territory, where a Canaanite woman pestered Him to heal her demon possessed daughter. The first interesting fact to note is that Jesus initially appeared to ignore her. There are times when you pray and it feels like God is ignoring you because there's seemingly no response. In such moments, faith demands that you stay persistent. Take a cue from this Canaanite woman.

The next thing to note is that she saluted Him as "Son of David," revealing her understanding of His covenant origin. When you come to God in prayer, your faith is strengthened because you know the One who has promised to hear you when you call. Even though there are distracting voices like the disciples' who urged Jesus to send the woman away, you remain focused.

Jesus' next response is puzzling. He told her that His healing virtue was for the children of Israel, not strangers like her. This statement did not deter this woman; rather, she matched Jesus' wit by saying that she was willing to get the crumbs from the children's table. Her faith was so strong that she believed that even the crumbs, the leftover of the anointing, would do. This humble response, along with her worship, impressed Jesus. He commented, "O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt" (v. 28) Her persistent faith paid off.

Beloved, faith is a heavenly currency. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you should grow in your faith. If this woman, who was considered a "stranger," could receive from Jesus through her persistent faith, how much more you, who have been accepted in the beloved? Think about this!

MFM Daily Devotional Message Tuesday, 17th February, 2026.

John the Baptist introduced Jesus Christ to us as the Baptizer with the Holy Ghost and Fire. This means that the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in any life or any place must essentially be accompanied by fire. Every Believer who desires to make impact in his generation and also desires to be victorious must seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire. In fact, living victoriously as a Christian and putting the enemy where he belongs requires the power and fire of the Holy Ghost.

Jesus Christ in His life and ministry strongly emphasized the necessity of the Holy Ghost and also instructed the Apostles and all believers to seek the baptism of the Holy Spirit and endowment with power. The Holy Spirit breaks the power of sin in the believer's life. He brings inner transformation and the empowerment for victorious Christian living. The Holy Spirit also secures the believer's deliverance from long time battles, bondages, oppressions, afflictions and sufferings. The Holy Spirit connects believers to divine glory and helps to conform to the image of Jesus Christ. And also empowers and equips believers for acceptable kingdom service. This is also what the Holy Spirit wants to accomplish in your life as a redeemed child of God.

The fire that accompanies the baptism of the Holy Spirit has a two-fold implication. The first implication is that of purifying flame of fire figuratively, which is for the purification of the believer's total life, spirit, soul, and body, consuming everything that is not of God within the believer. The second aspect of the fire is that of judgemental fire on God's enemies and upon all the enemies of His children.

It then follows that you too can engage the fire of the Holy Ghost to deal with your enemies and to destroy whatever attack or any vicious agenda the enemies are orchestrating against you. But if you are not baptized yet with the Holy Ghost and fire, just like the Apostles tarried in the upper room until the Holy Spirit and fire fell upon them, you must tarry before Him until He answers your cry.

The hallmark of true Christianity is the anointing and that is what distinguishes Christianity from other religions of the world. Christianity is not a religion of the weaklings but a way of life which path is paved by power and the gateway to that power is through the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the consequent anointing of the Spirit. Until you are anointed, you will be assaulted ceaselessly. If you refuse to fire up spiritually, you will be fired down by the enemy of your soul. It takes the anointing for you not to be swallowed by iniquity in these last days. And for you to enter into your divine location according to God's design, it requires the anointing.

What is the anointing? Before explaining what the anointing is, it is essential firstly to enumerate what the anointing is not: the anointing is not skill. It is not talent. It is not eloquence, or oratorial ability. The anointing is not screaming and shouting. It is not natural ability of any form, or any external showmanship. The anointing is not good speaking ability. It is not title or exalted position in the Kingdom of God. It is not running up and down.

The anointing is the burden-removing and yoke-breaking power of God. It is the power that makes ordinary people do extraordinary things. The anointing is supernatural equipment for supernatural assignment. It is the Hand of God upon you and God's way of touching you. The fathers of faith called it "authority of ease." It is the life of Jesus in you since Jesus Christ is the embodiment of the anointing. It is the anointing that makes all the difference and once you have it, your life can no longer remain the same. And you will be launched into the realm of glory and destiny fulfillment.

How do you receive the anointing? You must be born again and receive Holy Ghost baptism. You must make your life conducive for Jesus to dwell in, daily walking in faith and living in holiness. You must be willing to pay the price and live a life of total consecration. Lastly, ask God to pour His anointing upon you.

One of the beautiful things about Christianity as a way of life is the fact that the Almighty God has made available precise solutions to any problems His children might encounter in their journey back to eternity. For instance, He says, "Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray." (James 5:13). Not let him grumble, or complain, or murmur, or even cry, but let him pray; that is the solution. He asks again, "Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick..." (James 5:14-15).

Therefore, when it comes to dealing with yokes, the provisions of the Almighty for that is the anointing. What is a yoke? A yoke can be described as a wooden frame or a wooden design used to bind the necks of two animals together. Once there is a yoke in operation, then limitation, loss of identity, loss of freedom, loss of choice, loss of decision, enslavement, frustration, exploitation of varied degrees will follow.

Jesus Christ died on the Cross to set mankind free from the bondage of sin and its dire consequences, which are the various forms of yokes the devil has placed upon the necks of men. As a believer, once you have accepted Jesus Christ, you ought not to labour under any oppressive yokes of darkness again because the Scripture says, "God has delivered us from the powers of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son, in whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins" (Colossians 1:13-14).

Unfortunately, many believers are bearing about different yokes upon their necks like sickness, poverty, joblessness, hardship, afflictions, oppressions, witchcraft baggage, faded glory, dimmed star, crippled destiny, marital woes, academic failure, business failure, lack of favour, famine of mercy, hanged breakthrough and prosperity, etc.

It is only the power of the Holy Spirit, known as the anointing, upon your life that can set you free if you are already a victim of any of the satanic yokes mentioned above.

Beloved, how prepared are you for the rapture and the second coming of Jesus Christ? One important preparation that will make you rapturable is to be born again and make soul winning a daily priority.

Today, many people are very busy for themselves, their families, businesses and careers, etc. They have practically nothing they are doing for the Lord. There are yet some people who think that because they are doing some things for mankind, they are by so doing serving God or doing those things for God. They are wrong. This is because God will not reckon their service to man as service to Him if He did not tell them to render those services in the first place. It is your responsibility to find out what God would have you do in these last days and engage in those things with commitment. The Great Commission is a command and an assignment for all believers. How are you faring in this, beloved?

Do not procrastinate or delay. This is dangerous. Arise and do it now. The Bible underscores this point in Mark 13:35-36, "Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning. Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping." Don't be one of the ignorant, unteachable or disobedient ones who busy themselves with mundane activities like partying, chasing money and the pleasures of life at the expense of things that have eternal value like spreading the gospel and harvesting souls into God's kingdom. The Bible says that those who are lost in the pleasure of this world and have abandoned God's work are all sleeping spiritually. They are, therefore, not rapturable.

Beloved, we are called to serve our Royal Master and live for Him in dedicated service. 2 Corinthians 5:15 says, "And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again." Also, 1 Corinthians 15:58, our memory verse for today, encourages us to abound steadfastly in doing God's work and have the assurance that He will reward us handsomely. Therefore, arise and get busy for the Lord!

[3] To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Friday, 13th February, 2026.

There is something unique about the voice of God. It is not the voice of man. It was this voice that spoke in the beginning and the earth in its void state, even the waters and the deep, heard and obeyed Him. He spoke and there was light. He called forth everything in creation. Since then, God has been speaking to His people and to everything on earth, and they all do His bidding.

Jesus talked about His voice in leading the sheep. He is the Shepherd, His sheep recognize His voice and obey His leading. The voice of God is distinct from that of a hireling. The same God who called His prophets and servants in scriptures is still speaking today. His voice is not like the harsh and terrifying voice of the devil, the impostor. God speaks in a still small voice to as many as have ears to hear Him, and a heart to discern between the voice of God and that of the enemy. Ask yourself these important questions: Do you hear the Voice of God or desire to hear Him? Have you been disobedient to this Voice?

Hearing God's voice should not make you proud or boastful about your spiritual abilities; rather, it should humble you. If you desire to hear Him, then, be ready to pray and shut out all other voices that want to take charge of your mind. Avoid an overcrowded heart. Don't be too busy for God. Love and trust God with all your mind; you cannot hear or listen to someone you don't love. Remain yielded and focused on God. Read His Word and meditate on it, live a life of purity and obedience as expected of a child of God. Pray fervently to hear His voice. Then, you shall be listed among His own who hear His voice and follow Him.

1. I silence every evil voice contending with the Voice of God in my life, in the name of Jesus.

2. The Good Shepherd, make me Your sheep and let me be led by You, in the name of Jesus.

3. O Lord, open my ears and let me hear You distinctly, in the name of Jesus.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Thursday, 12th February, 2026.

The Bible makes it clear that you are no longer the same when you become a citizen of the Kingdom of God through the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus. You are more than a conqueror and have overcome the world. Paul also declared, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me" (Galatians 2:20). This should be your declaration too, if Christ dwells in you.

The scriptures point to the fact that genuine children of God carry in them, the Spirit and power of God. However, unbelievers or fake Christians, who the Bible refers to as "having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: ..." (2 Timothy 3:5), are full of the works of the flesh as recorded in Galatians 5:19-21. They carry the spirit and power of this world, the power of the antichrist, the power of satan. Such persons are no match for true children of God. They may struggle and fight against us, but they shall not prevail. The power of God in us is unmatchable and insurmountable for the enemy, simply because our God is too big for them to attack. Those who tried it in time past met with utter defeat and destruction.

Carriers of God's presence and power are terrors to their enemies. They fear no foe. They are an embodiment of the fruit of the Spirit, possessing and manifesting the character traits of Jesus. They do not meddle with sin and every kind of defilement that may take them away from God. They will not grieve the Holy Spirit, so that He doesn't depart from them. They are separated from the world and its vanities according to 1 John 2:15-17.

Beloved, if the power of God dwells in you and you are confident of whom you believe, then, maintain holy and righteous living. Let Christ be seen in you at all times, and God's name be glorified.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Wednesday, 11th February, 2026.

Today's topic is a question which only you can give an accurate response to. It is an individual concern. God knows His own children because His Spirit dwells in them. The devil also knows his own children even though a person may pretend to be a Christian. He is the prince of this world, the spirit that lives in the children of disobedience. He knows those who are for Christ and those who are his own, though they claim and profess to be for Christ. The Bible says, by their fruits you shall know them (Matthew 7:20). Children of this world can easily be identified by their behaviour, in word and in deed. The same applies to the children of the kingdom of God, who are no mere men but joint heirs with Christ Jesus. Their behaviour, attitude and way of life speak and remain a direct and convincing pointer to the fact that they belong to Jesus.

God breathed His breath upon man at the beginning (Genesis 2:7). Unfortunately, man fell and lost fellowship with God. Sin entered into the world and man became an enemy of God. God, in His infinite mercies, kick-started the plan of redemption through Jesus Christ, who lived as man and died on the Cross for our sake. Everyone who receives salvation through the name of Jesus receives the Spirit of God and becomes a new person. This new creature should no longer operate under the control of the prince of this world, satan. The grip of satanic hosts and control of the world is broken upon such a person. Children of God are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a peculiar people; holy and acceptable unto God (1 Peter 2:9).

Beloved, examine your life carefully and truthfully. To whom do you belong? Whose spirit do you manifest? It is true that you attend church but church attendance is not equal to Christianity. I counsel you to genuinely give your life to Christ today if you have never done so and receive His Holy Spirit who qualifies you as a joint heir with Christ.
