MFM Daily Devotional Message Wednesday, 5th November, 2025.

Integrity and uprightness are the habitation of God's throne. In the 70s and 80s, recruitment officials in banks and other companies used to go to churches to recruit staff. It was because they believed Christians were honest, upright and forthright. The church taught them to be so. However, nowadays, you can hardly differentiate between a Christian and an unbeliever because they both tell lies, steal, backbite and commit all other vices. The days when Christians were set apart by a distinct lifestyle of holiness and sanctification are gone.

One of the ways to proof this assertion is that many Christians now make promises to God and their fellow men but they do not fulfill those promises. In spite of that, they do not feel any remorse for not fulfilling their promise. The Bible says you should let your yes be yes and your no be no. As a believer, you are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. Your character and lifestyle in your neighbourhood and workplace should demonstrate Christ attitude and make others want to worship your God.

A man in the Old Testament stands out as a good example of someone who made his word his bond. He imitated God. His name is Jephthah. He was a warrior and a man of valour. As our Fire Scripture for today reveals, Jephthah had some formidable enemies to contend with in battle and he believed that with God's support he would overcome. So, he made a vow to God that if He would give him victory over the children of Ammon in the battle, he would offer to the LORD whatever came out of the door to meet him. It turned out that it was Jephthah's only daughter that first came to meet him when he returned from the battle. Though he was sad about the incident, Jephthah went ahead to fulfil his vow to the Lord.

Beloved, I encourage you to emulate Jephthah. Many believers have lost great opportunities for partnership and collaboration because they have failed to keep their promises over time. You owe this duty to the Lord and to man. Let everyone know you as a man of integrity and let them be willing to vouch for you. Nowadays, it is difficult to act as a guarantor or surety for people, including Christians. It is equally difficult to vouch for people, even Christians. It is time we bring this virtue and character of Christ back to our lives. As Christians, let us be distinguished by or godly attributes. Let everyone attest to the fact that we are in the world but not of the world.

1. O Lord, give me the spirit of integrity and uprightness, in the name of Jesus.

2. Father, make me a true Christian in word and in deed, in the name of Jesus.

3. I reject the lying vanities of this age, in the name of Jesus.

4. I will not fail heaven, in the name of Jesus.

5. O Lord, make me a trustworthy Christian, in the name of Jesus.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Tuesday, 4th November, 2025.

Trust is the bedrock of all relationships, be it divine or human. God is the author and pioneer of all good relationships. God started it with Adam and Eve. Though they were betrayed, God planned our redemption through Jesus Christ our, Saviour. We have been reconciled to Him and He desires absolute trust from us. This is where our faith and hope come to play. Afterall, you can't place your faith on someone you never trusted. Neither can you hope for a thing from someone who is not faithful to you. Take a cue from our human relationships, once there is no trust a vacuum is created, suspicion and all such become the order of the day. The relationship risks breaking up!

This is just a miniature of our trust in our Lord and God. God is absolutely faithful! He expects the same from us, and the benefits are enduring and unending. But woe befalls a man that puts his trust in a fellow man. He is quickly disappointed and frustrated. What can a human in flesh and blood do, far above Him who is perfect at doing hard things and making impossible things possible by His power and might? He is the Almighty!

Remember the three Hebrew boys in Daniel chapter 6, Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego! They chose to trust in God and not in man who can kill but cannot make alive. The result was mind blowing! The fire that could not have any effect on them was the same that burnt their adversaries to ashes.

Although God may sometimes decide to be silent as He was in the case of these young men, don't be afraid. He is busy working out your deliverance, your promotion, your healing, even your prosperity, in Jesus' name. The same goes for Daniel when he was thrown into the lion's den. The same God who kept silent at the time of the three Hebrew boys was still in action. He waited to prove His power to deliver to the utmost. Even when all human hope is lost, God is still at work. He will do the same for you if you would believe and trust him absolutely.

Are you ready to lay all your fears, worries and anxieties at His feet? Are you ready to stop fretting and start resting in His peace alone? When you put all in His care, you can be sure you're safe in His hands and even your future is secure.

1. Father, make me a son/daughter You can trust, in the name of Jesus.

2. I will not trust in the arm of the flesh, in the name of Jesus.

3. I will trust in God and not in princes, in the name of Jesus.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

4. O Lord, forgive me of the sin of misplacing my trust, in the name of Jesus.

5. O Lord, help me to always be assured that You are always working for my good, in the name of Jesus.

6. No matter what I may be passing through, O Lord, give me the grace to always lean on You and trust in You completely, in the name of Jesus.

7. I will not fail God, in the name of Jesus.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Monday, 3rd November, 2025.

The Bible is so much concerned about us doing what the word of God says. This is because if we only hear what the word of God says and do not do it, it will not add value to our lives. Jesus in one of His parables likened the hearer and doer of the word of God to the wise man, while the forgetful hearer is compared to the fool. The wise man built his house on a solid foundation, which is Christ, and when the troubles of life came, as fierce the storms of life were, the house could not be brought down.

But the fool was not so. He built his house on the sand which was too light and could not sustain the rains, the storms which are the troubles and issues of life. Consequently, the fall of this house was great!

In reality, the house is the life of man. The solid foundation is Christ, and the sandy foundation represents the vanities of this world. On which of these are you building your life? Do you allow the word of God to minister life to you? Or do you listen with one ear and allow it to go through another? Are you like those that hear the word of God but it takes no root in their lives? Do you ever wait to weigh your life in the scale of God's word? Does the word become a living organism in you, even the Bread of life to feed upon and grow thereby?

God desires that you make room for the word to grow in you. That is when you do not stop at hearing, but should continue to do according to all that you have heard. It is in doing the word that you receive the blessings that come with it (Joshua 1:8) Blessings indeed!

Jesus showed us a good example of what we should do, as recorded in Acts 1:1, "Of all that Jesus began to do and to teach....." He also demonstrated undiluted obedience by doing the command of His Father and went on to teach people to do the same. We have no better example to follow but the footsteps of Jesus!

The forgetful hearer is nothing but a self-deceiver and a careless Christian who is wallowing in his own foolishness. He cannot enjoy the liberty that comes with that package of divine blessings because he is disobedient to the word and does not do the will of God.

Do you want to enjoy the fullness of God's blessings? Get ready to hear the word and heed the word. Let your delight be in His word, to do according to what it says. (Psalm 1:1-3)

Surely, enduring blessings will be yours, in the name of Jesus name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Sunday, 2nd November, 2025.

Jesus told the parable of the sower in the above Bible passage. The seed fell into four different soils, one of which was among the thorns. Consequently, this seed had no opportunity to grow. This was because the thorns grew up so quickly that they choked up this seed and prevented it from living. Consider the words, "sprung up" and "choked" These two words connote a vivid picture of the thorns snuffing out life from the seed, making it practically impossible for survival. What a waste and a loss!

Thank God Jesus went on to unveil the mystery in this parable. The seed is the Word of God, the soil is the heart of man and the sower is God Himself. The very important question is, what texture is the soil of your heart? Is it like the thorny soil? What are the thorns that would not allow the word of God to grow and have free course in your life? Your beauty, possessions, achievements, fame, position and power, and all such.

Jesus called them, the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches". The end of such is a life of unfruitfulness!

This cannot be compared to the seed that fell on good soil, and it produced in thirties, sixties and hundreds. Such is the heart of a man that receives the word and allows it to be firmly rooted. This understanding goes to provoke multiple growth. God is delighted with such hearts that are yielded to Him through His word. How can your heart become the good soil for God's word to germinate, grow and flourish? It is by dedicating it to God and yielding it to the Holy Spirit for washing by the precious blood of Jesus as well as the purging of His fire. It is also by constantly renewing your mind with the word of God.

1 John 2:15-17 talks of the three categories of the vanities of this life, the thorns that choke the seed. They are: the lust of the eyes, the lust of the heart and the pride of life. They are all elements of this world. They and all that indulge in them will get destroyed with this world because the love of the Father is not in him. Contrarily, whosoever does the will of the Father abides forever.

Do you want to live a godly life here on earth and eternity in heaven, then you need to do away with the cravings which Luke 8:14 calls the 'cares and riches and pleasures of this life and bring no fruit to perfection". Colossians 3:4 counsels us to put our fleshly lusts to death. Romans 6:16 says you are slave to whoever you yield yourself servant to obey, be it to righteousness or unrighteousness. Why not take a firm decision to do away with these thorns? What would it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his life? It pays you better to lose this world and its vanities than to lose Christ and eternity in heaven. But with the thorns in your heart, there is no place for the seed of His word to thrive. Alas! No vacancy for the Holy Ghost!

Eject the thorns, evacuate these unwanted tenants from the garden of your heart. It is never too late to do a spiritual sanitation of your heart and make it a ready and holy habitation for the Lord and the Holy Spirit. Christ in you, the hope of glory.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday, 1st November, 2025.

Prayer is a vital key to a successful Christian life. One of the tools of fervent prayer is the mouth, the vehicle of communication through which a Christian will cry to God in prayer. Also, the heart of man is equally important in this regard. Why? Every word that is uttered is a product of the heart. Jesus said, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks" (Matthew 12:34). If we must pray fervently and unceasingly according to Luke 18:1 and 1 Thessalonians 5:17, then the mouth and the heart must be in good and healthy spiritual condition. This is because it takes a clean heart to process and produce the right words in prayer. The Psalmist declared, "If I regard iniquity in my heart the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18).

This is a fact you should consider: whenever you come to the place of prayer, your mouth and heart should be in a state of purity and divinely aligned to give thanks and praise unto God as well as offer sweet smelling offerings that will be acceptable to God at the altar of prayer. David in Psalm 24 asked a very pertinent question: "Who will ascend unto the hill of the Lord....." He was stating the qualifications of those who should stand before the Lord in prayer. These include, those with pure hearts, clean hands, souls that have not been lifted to vanity, and mouths that have not been deceitful. The question is this: Are you qualified to go before the throne of God? Or are you like Joshua the High priest, who was standing before the altar in filthy garment? A sign of pollution! Little wonder, the accuser of brethren, satan was there ready to accuse him before God. But thank God for the mercy that availed for him. The same will avail for you if you will surrender your heart and mouth to the purging power in the blood of Jesus and sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost.

Desist from using your mouth wrongly, telling lies and speaking evil of others. Desist from slander, blackmail and all kinds of filthy communication. Let no negative thoughts find a place in your heart. Guard your hearts against all negative encroachments. Ensure your thoughts are pure and clean before going into the place of prayer. Pray the humble prayer of the Psalmist.

As you take these necessary steps, God will answer your prayers and the heaven of breakthroughs shall be open unto you, in Jesus' name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Friday, 31st October, 2025.

Moses, as a child, enjoyed both the loving tender care of his biological mother and the special privileges of being a prince. Nevertheless, these privileges of a royal upbringing did not cut Moses off his roots. However, when Moses became conscious of his responsibility, he went about it in a wrong way. Moses failed to wait for God's instructions; instead he acted in anger and took the laws into his hand by killing an Egyptian. James 1:20 says, "For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God."

Have you been given any assignment or responsibility (secular, spiritual or general)? Are you doing it or trying to do it in your own way or wisdom? It may backfire! It is always good to do things in God's own way. God's way is always the best and secured.

It took Moses 40 years in the wilderness to learn to wait for God's directions. It is a thing of joy to know that God does not abandon His own. God used this period to prepare Moses for His service.

Beloved, God rewards obedience. He does not reward education, skills, strength and anything that is outside His will or done contrary to His instructions. When He told Noah to build an ark, He gave specifications. The Bible confirms that Noah built according to God's specification. Similarly, the tabernacle Moses built in the wilderness as well as the temple Solomon built and dedicated to God were built as God specified. The lesson here is that whatever you have to do in line with destiny fulfilment, go to God and inquire how he would like you to do it. Then make your obedience unquestioning, prompt and complete. Whatever you do (business, career, ministry), do it in God's way. That is a safe way to enjoy God's blessing and reward for your effort.

God is looking for such young people in this generation. As a matter of fact, youthful age is exciting and full of happiness. It can bring you closer to God and at the same time; it can bring about barrier to closeness to God. It is what you choose. There are a lot of young people in the Bible who served God. Joseph was a young man, who purposed in his heart not to live immoral life when he had every opportunity to do so.

The Bible is replete with examples of young people who served the Lord impressively. Regardless of your age, you should place your life in the hand of God and let him work wonderfully with it. Jesus was young when he astounded the teachers in the Synagogue. His superb brain astounded them. David was a young man when he confronted and killed Goliath. At the risk of his life, he attempted and did something great for God. The most High, in turn, made David mighty and famous. In addition, Joseph was a young man whose life's journey was short of being rosy. He was going through pain he did not deserve. He should have seized the opportunity offered him by Mrs Potiphar to end his suffering. He did not because righteousness was in his DNA. He loved righteousness and hated wickedness. God rewarded his right choice in due course. Another young person that did great things for God was the little maid in Israel who lived in Naaman's household. She was the one that informed that told her master, Naaman, about Elisha, the prophet of God in Israel who had the anointing to heal Naaman. Lastly, Daniel and his three friends, though captives in Babylon, did great things for God. They were men of character, integrity and anointing. They were promoted in the kingdom and their God was exalted by the heathen kings.

Today, there are still young people who are serving God. Where do you belong? What are you using your youthful energy to do? God is still using youths of your generation to His own glory. If you have not, try and be one of such youths today. You will not regret doing so, in Jesus' name.

We are familiar with the story that surrounds the birth of Moses. Every individual's birth is surrounded with one story or the other, due to circumstances of their birth. Your birth is never a mistake; you were born for a purpose. Heavens have written certain things concerning you which you must carry out here on earth. The preservation of Moses from the law of death made by Pharaoh of Egypt was divine. Why? Because, Moses has been chosen before the foundation of the earth to be a Deliverer of his people, the Israelites, from Egyptian bondage. Hence death could not kill him.

Beloved, that your pregnancy was not aborted and that your mother gave birth to you as a normal child all point to the fact that heaven has chosen you to do and carry out specific assignment on earth. Have you discovered this divine mandate-the purpose of your birth? God preserved your life till now because you are His chosen one. Trust Him for everything.

The safest place for you to be is in the centre of the will of God. Jesus knew His purpose. John the Baptist knew his also. You too must discover the purpose God has sent you to this earth to fulfil. If you do not know your purpose, then what are you living for? Any purpose you are pursuing outside the will and purpose for your life is a waste of time and resources. Don't allow the enemy to deceive or short-change you. Discover God's purpose for your life and commit yourself to getting it fulfilled. Go for it with unbroken focus.

Here are some tips to help you discover and fulfil your purpose:

(1) Be born again

(2) Live a life of uncompromising holiness

(3) Have unwavering in God

(4) Be an avid reader and doer of God's word

(5) Be a friend of the Holy Spirit and always follow His promptings or direction

(6) Pray without ceasing

(7) Obey God completely

(8) Pray the prayer of inquiry by asking God to show you your purpose

(9) Serve God with all you have

(10) Love God with all your spirit, soul and strength.

The Lord will help you, in Jesus' name.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Tuesday, 28th October, 2025.

Prayer is a weapon of spiritual warfare that every family should make good use of if satan and his activities must be defeated and destroyed in our homes and families as Christians. Every family member needs prayers; husbands need the prayers of their wives; wives need prayers of their husbands; children need prayers of their parents and parents need prayers of their children.

Isaac interceded for his barren wife, Rebekah, and God opened her womb. Rebekah interceded for her unborn twins, Esau and Jacob (Genesis 25:21-23). Job was a praying father who always interceded for his children (Job 1:5.).

Abigail was a sensible and intelligent woman who played a big role to protect her husband and her entire household from the anger of David. In her wisdom and discretion through intercession, Abigail delivered her husband, Nabal, from gruesome death being planned for him by David's troops (1 Samuel 25).

As parents, altar of prayers must be raised in our homes not only for us but more importantly for our children. In prayers the hearts and ways of our children will be committed into God's hand for leading and direction that they may fulfil their destinies.

Dear parent Jesus is our intercessor. The Bible says that he is able to deliver those who come to the father through Him because He daily makes intercession for them. What an excellent Father Jesus is. If Christ is making daily intercession for us, we too ought to be making daily intercession for our natural and spiritual children. Beloved, this is our responsibility and we must not shirk it.

Today, decide to be that believer in your family who will stand in the gap and pray every member of the family to take their place in life and destiny. Be that prayer warrior that will pray every evil foundation, inheritance curse deficit and liabilities to extinction in your Be the prayer eagle that use prayer to rewrite the history of your family!

MFM Daily Devotional Message Monday, 27th October, 2025.

Many adults of today did not have the opportunities of asking family history questions from their parents or grandparents. Thank God for Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries which is a ministry that has taught us to ask questions from our parents about our family history and events. Parents should encourage their children to ask questions and be willing to provide useful responses and information to these questions, no matter how 'foolish' they may look like.

Hebrew children were encouraged to ask questions and their parents were enjoined not to stop their inquiring minds (Joshua 4:21-22). Information is power; it is also useful. It helps young people to know the history of their families, learn about the mistakes of their progenitors, learn not to fall into the errors or sins of their grandparents and parents, and learn to separate us from the evils of our progenitors and more importantly to fear God (Joshua 4:24).

Apart from allowing children to ask questions, parents should also cultivate the habit of keeping family records. One way by which we can give accounts of our lives to the next generation is by keeping a good diary of significant events and a good spiritual journal in our family.

More importantly, do not leave spiritual deficits and liabilities for them. Clear your foundation and deal with evil ancestral issues. Do not leave these for your children to inherit. If you deal with most of them, your children's destinies will easily find expression and their life's journey will be full of fulfilments.

There are benefits attached to encouraging your children to ask questions. First, they will develop critical thinking skills. Second, they will develop problem-solving skills. Third, it will help to build their confidence and self-esteem. It will improve their communication skills. In addition, it will deepen their understanding, research skills and creativity as well as prepare them for life.

Beloved, encourage your children to ask questions. Provide them with all the items of information that will help them fight the good fight of faith.

[30] Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

[31] Behold, the days come, that I will cut off thine arm, and the arm of thy father's house, that there shall not be an old man in thine house.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Sunday, 26th October, 2025.

Parenting is one of the greatest responsibilities God has given to every parent. It is the desire of every parent to raise successful children who will bring honour and glory to the family. It is also the joy of parents to see their children grow to become good citizens of the society who worthy of emulation. Unfortunately, some parents fail in this divinely-given assignment.

Eli, a priest of the Lord in Israel in 1 Samuel 2:12 had two sons, Hophni and Phineas. The Bible called them sons of Belial who knew not God. Eli, though a priest of the Lord, failed as a parent. He failed in his responsibility as a parent to show his children the way of salvation and teach them the commandments of God. He heard all what his children were doing to the people and sacred sacrifices of God, yet he was so weak that he could not discipline them. He allowed them to do and have whatever they wanted, without any disciplinary measure on his part as a parent and servant of God. The acts of wickedness of these sons of Eli were so pronounced to the extent that God had to send a dreadful judgement on Eli and his family.

Though salvation is individualistic, it is the responsibility of a Christian parent to lead their children to Christ. This, Eli failed to do. Parents who have known Christ and are in Christ should strive with prayers to lead their children and wards to Christ. They should teach their children the word of God, how to observe Quiet Time, how to pray and observe other doctrines of Christ.

Beloved, in Romans 15:4, the Bible says that as many things as were written before are for our instruction and are to make us, through endurance and patience and exhortation of the writings, have hope. Therefore, I encourage you to put your hope and trust in God. Without him you can do nothing. So, ask Him for enabling and grace to succeed in parenting. Don't lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path.

You will not fail as Eli did, in the name of Jesus.

1. My children will not push me against God, in the name of Jesus.

2. My children, hear the word of the Lord, you are for signs and wonders, in the name of Jesus.

3. O Lord my Father, empower my children to grow in divine wisdom and knowledge, in the name of Jesus.

4. Failure that manifested in the lives of my parents, I am not your candidate, disappear, in the name of Jesus.

5. Power of failure in my foundation, die, in the name of Jesus.

6. I will not receive God's condemnation over my children, in the name of Jesus.

7. My children, hear the word of the Lord. You will not be misfired arrows, in the hand of your Maker, in the name of Jesus.
